Sri Vidya Vihar College of Education is a premier institution dedicated to excellence in teacher education and holistic development.
Students are expected to strictly follow the rules and regulations laid down by the institution. The management maintains high standards of discipline while holding students in great esteem, trusting them to act responsibly and uphold the dignity and reputation of both the institution and themselves.
The college working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students are not permitted to arrive late beyond 10 minutes, except for genuine reasons. Leaving the campus before the end of college hours without permission is strictly prohibited. A lunch break of one hour is provided during the day.
Leave of absence is granted only for valid reasons and with prior permission. Absence without permission will be viewed seriously, and parents will be informed immediately. Leave on medical grounds must be supported by a valid medical certificate.
Note: Students are required to maintain a minimum of 85% attendance as prescribed by University regulations.

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. Any student found guilty of indulging in ragging will face severe disciplinary action, including summary dismissal, along with action as per prevailing laws.
To promote harmony and mutual respect, the college organizes fellowship and orientation programmes where senior students are encouraged to interact positively with new entrants.
Students are expected to conduct themselves with dignity, discipline, and decorum both within and outside the campus. Any misconduct or complaint regarding student behavior will be taken seriously. Students should remember that disciplinary action taken against them brings disrepute not only to themselves and the institution but also to their families.
During the admission period, information sessions are conducted throughout the week for students and parents. These sessions provide clarity on admission procedures, eligibility criteria, courses offered, written tests (if any), and other related matters.
Faculty and staff members guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their qualifications, merit, aptitude, and career aspirations, enabling informed decision-making.
